€ 38,00 in appartement 1 and 3 (60 m²)

From 24th December to 7th January 2012 :

€ 54,00 in all the appartements

From 7th January 2012 to 4th February 2012:

€ 36,00 in appartement 2 (40m²) and
€ 39,00 in appartement 1 and 3 (60 m²)

From 4th Februar 2012 to 17th march 2012:

€ 39,00 in appartement 2 (40m²)
€ 45,00 in appartement 1 and 3 (60 m²)

From 17th March to 30ht June 2012 and
from 15th September to 22nd December 2012 :

€ 36,00 in appartement 2 (40m²) and
€ 39,00 in appartement 1 and 3 (60 m²)

From 30th June to 21 July 2012 and
from 25th August to 15th September 2012:

€ 39,00 in appartement 2 (40 m²)
€ 45,00 in appartement 1 and 3 (60 m²)


From 21th July to 25th August 2012:

€ 54,00 in all the appartements

The rates are for the appartment for one night – 2 persons inclusive laundry (Bedding and towels),
for every further guest we charge € 10,00 pro per day,
as of 5 persons € 8,00 per day.

As of 5 nights the final cleaning is inclusive in the price,

for a stay under 5 nights we will charge € 25,00 for the final cleaning.
